Circuit Training Fitness Regime
Nowadays, most people who regularly hit the gym prefer to have a complete fitness regime as opposed to focusing on specific areas of the body. Circuit training, though comparatively new in the field of physical training, aims to progressively develop the muscular and respiratory systems in the body.
Simply put, circuit training aims to achieve all around fitness.
While circuit training is considered to be a balanced fitness regime, it is important to note that this routine is not meant for training for a specific sport. Nonetheless, a sportsman may opt to include specific exercises to further enhance the circuit training experience.
Assuming that enough rest and adequate nutrition needs are met, it is still only through actual work can the muscular and respiratory systems improve. This particular fitness regime is founded on endurance training. As such, circuit training must be sustained over a prolonged period of time.
